Excellent. The videos, the reviews that are well detailed and the motivating messages from the coach according to the progress. [What did you learn during the program?] That I can manage my time, motivate myself to comply with the schedule and be more disciplined. [Would you recommend this program?] Yes, because it is a flexible program and allows self-management of time and there is constant monitoring by the coach.

Good, it helped me a lot when I started in the gym. The coach helped me a lot, answered several questions I had and corrected me on several things that I didn't know how to do. What helped me the most was learning about breaks after each set. Excellent, I love that the workouts are not very long, the exercises are not complex, the videos are very useful and there is a lot of follow-up from Ricardo. [What did you learn during the program that will help you from now on?] It is not necessary to put such high RPEs [Rate of Perceived Exertion (ESP)]. Excellent! My prior knowledge of training was limited, but this program has been an essential guide to the right path. Before starting, I suffered from herniated discs in my lower back, an injury that caused me continuous pain. Since I started this training, not only have I stopped feeling that pain, but I have also been instructed in proper training techniques. Furthermore, it was key to achieving my goals. I started weighing 76 kg and, thanks to this program, I have managed to increase my weight to 88 kg. [What was most useful to you about the program, the app or your coach?]

I would say a combination of both. The app is very good as a tool, to be able to track progress in terms of weight, repetitions and exercises. But the key was receiving feedback from the videos that I showed to Ricardo, in order to improve the technique in the exercises. The personalized tips he gave me at the end of the week helped me a lot. 

The program has taught me how to train effectively, gearing my sessions not only towards physical development and strength, but also, and more importantly, towards the increased energy I experience every day. Additionally, I have learned valuable strategies to care for my body in case of injuries and preventative techniques to minimize the risk of future injuries. 

I recommend this program 100%. It is ideal for those who are new to training and looking for expert guidance. With this guide, achieving your goals is not just a possibility, but a certainty. Additionally, the flexibility of the program is outstanding: if a plan does not work as expected, it is adjusted and reformulated to ensure your continued progress.
